We stand behind our plus-size fashion and offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your items. Most unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached can be returned or exchanged.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Start your return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order by:

  • Emailing us at [email protected] with your order number and the items you wish to return/exchange
  • Using the template below to ensure we have all necessary information

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once your return is approved:

  • Include all original tags and packaging
  • Pack items securely in the original packaging if possible
  • Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Information

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days after processing. PayPal refunds may appear immediately.

Exchange Information

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability
  • You will be responsible for any price differences in exchanged items
  • Shipping costs for the new item will apply unless the exchange is due to our error

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (if the hygiene liner has been removed)
  • Underwear and lingerie (unless unworn with original tags and packaging)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the damaged/incorrect item and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
